Next step? Speak to people who have lived through it. Speak to people who have lived through other prescription addictions. You will be surprised at how many peers you have.

Last step? Know that you will get past it, but keep at it. Do NOT lose hope – you will succeed if you stick to it. It may hurt; it feel awful. But – you are doing the right thing.
