Being predisposed to depression does not mean that you will have to live with full on depression all of your life! And in fact, knowing that you may be predisposed is a great thing – it means that you can take steps now to help keep yourself in better mental health!

Practice meditation. Practice gratitude. Live in the moment. Learn about Cognitive Behavior Therapy. And? If you feel yourself getting down, talk to your Doctor! Get treatment quickly and live a full and happy life. You can in fact do it!
